🔁 Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- For hygiene reasons, hair accessories that have been used or tried on are non-returnable
To start a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We’ll happily send a replacement or issue a full refund.

For hygiene and safety, the following items are non-returnable:

- Items marked “Final Sale”
